Problems are entered into the ACCESS database. The ACCESS database automatically updates the HTML documents among the approximately 1,000 HTML documents on the site.

Designed and developed database application for managing software compliance. The database helped this client track compliance and test status for thousands of products… both information technology products and factory and infrastructure products. Included a process for consolidating information and providing it to all factory users even though the technology was not available for worldwide on-line updates. Information is also tracked for Business Partners. Follow-up functions provide notification of dates to follow up with vendors and when to initiate contingency plans for Business Partners that have high risk. Headquarters locations can quickly see the compliance status of their factory subsidiaries.

Designed and developed database application for managing projects in Treasurer’s office. Created database of projects in the Treasurer’s office (examples of projects are capital expenditures, dividends, investments). Created methodology for scanning documents and linking them to the projects (examples of documents are approval signatures, photos of real estate, photos of machinery, letters, and memos). The system provides on-line immediate access to information that previously was difficult or impossible to locate.
